* Cards are valid for use from 4th July to 30th September 2009.

* To obtain your special offer / discount, your ‘We Love Mumbles’ card must be presented at the checkout or at the point of ordering.

* All offers are subject to availability and are at the manager’s discretion.

* The ‘We Love Mumbles’ cards are issued by and remain the property of ’We Love ...’ who reserve the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b) decline to issue ‘We Love  Mumbles’ cards; and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel ‘We Love Mumbles’ cards, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the ‘We Love Mumbles’ card scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a ‘We Love Mumbles’ card in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.

* All participants in the ‘We Love Mumbles’ scheme must be aged 16 years or over.

* The ‘We Love Mumbles’ card is not transferable, and can only be used by a member of the main ‘We Love Mumbles’ card holder's immediate family who is resident at the same registered address.

* Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of ‘We Love...’.

* Your ‘We Love Mumbles’ card can only be used at participating businesses. See www.welovemumbles.co.uk and selected local outlets for up to date information.

* Your ‘We Love Mumbles’ card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.

* The ‘We Love Mumbles’ scheme is only for personal and consumer use. The ‘We Love Mumbles’ cards remain the responsibility of the main card holder.

* To obtain special offers / discounts on purchases made through any catalogue or online, you will be required to quote a reference which can be obtained by contacting the ‘We Love Mumbles’ team (see website for details).
